From there, we will create a personalized treatment plan based on your needs, lifestyle, and progress goals.

After your initial consultation, we will meet monthly for follow-up visits to review your progress, discuss any side effects or concerns, adjust your dose when appropriate, and support healthy, sustainable results. The goal is not simply weight loss — it is helping you lose fat while protecting muscle, supporting better habits, and helping you feel strong and confident along the way.

Both medication options include added ingredients to support your treatment plan:

Semaglutide is compounded with Vitamin B12.
Tirzepatide is compounded with Niacinamide, also known as Vitamin B3.

Your monthly program includes medication, expedited shipping, a 30-minute follow-up visit, dose adjustments as needed, nutrition and exercise guidance, and ongoing support.
